The mission of Toby Fox Consulting, LLC is to help nonprofit organizations reach their full potential by turning ideas into reality through high-quality, personalized grant consulting services. 

We do this by collaborating with nonprofits to help them identify funding priorities, organizational/project goals and objectives, and budgetary needs while matching them  with funding partners who seek to create impact in the community.  Too many great ideas with the potential for  lasting impact are unrealized because funding was not available or because partners were unaware of the need .

It is a little bit like matchmaking: we are trying to match the right opportunity with the right funder at the right time. 

 It has been said that every person is a mirror. When a person sees faults in another, they are really seeing their own faults. Conversely, when they see goodness and light in others, they are seeing goodness and light in themselves.

My purpose is to be a mirror for others, and to reflect the qualities and attributes that define who I am and who I strive to be:

• To quietly perform acts of kindness and charity;  not because I am asked or because I should, but because it’s simply the right thing to do.
• To be a lifelong learner, exploring the world around me to gain deeper understanding of those around me.
• To be a leader of courage and conviction, capable of advocating for those whose voice may not be as loud as mine.
• To be an example for others through my words and actions. I am not perfect, and I make mistakes just like everyone else. I am someone with boundless laughter, empathy and positivity to share with others.

Change starts with one person. And my intention is to start with myself and to reflect onto others.
